Regional Minister

The Yorkshire Baptist Association is seeking a Regional Minister to join our team.

The person we appoint will be a key player in the team and must be committed to our direction of travel with its focus on planting, revitalising and re-imagining church as we seek spiritual and numerical growth among God’s people.

We are looking for a well-rounded individual who can inspire and enthuse others and has excellent interpersonal skills. They will be able to keep calm when others are not and will be a self-starter who brings a blend of skills, experiences and character traits to the role. In addition to providing support for our churches, they will have a track record of working amongst United Kingdom Minority Ethnic/Global Majority Heritage communities and be excited by the opportunity that comes from growing pipelines of missional leaders among the growing black and brown people/families joining our churches.

Administrator

The Yorkshire Baptist Association is seeking a part-time Administrator to join our team.

With excellent administrative and organisational skills, collaboration across our whole staff team and many volunteers is vital. This role will provide administrative support to some key areas of our work, working alongside our Administration Lead, Administrator and Finance Officer.
