Safeguarding Lead (part-time)

We are currently seeking to appoint a part time Safeguarding Lead to work within our Staff Team.

This is a new role in the Team; previously safeguarding has come under the oversight of the Regional Team Leader, with support from the Baptist Union of Great Britain (BUGB) National Team. The decision to appoint a safeguarding specialist comes in response to an increasing number of requests for support and guidance from our member churches and ministers, alongside the recognition of the importance of good safeguarding practises in our shared life together.
