YBA Structure & Governance

The YBA is both a registered charity (charity number 247173) and a company limited by guarantee in England (registered number 181581).

Our registered office is 17-19, York Place, Leeds, LS1 2EX.

The Association has a governing document which contains our Articles of Association.

The Association is served by the Executive (trustees and directors) and by three working groups appointed by the Executive: ‘Finance’, ‘Ministry’ and ‘Trust’ groups. Each working group has a Standing Order which outlines the role of the working group and its areas of work. The groups report to the Executive on a regular basis as the Executive has overall responsibility for strategy and policies, financial practice and partnership.
