Elli Wort
Dr Elli Wort is Head of Initial Training at Church Army, and trains lay people to be Commissioned Evangelists in Anglican churches across the UK and Ireland. Also a Research Associate with Church Army, Elli has published works on the Gospel and culture in the North of England and visual research, and for her PhD researched theologies of culture in Hull, City of Culture 2017. She has co-written Fuzzy Church: Gospel and Culture in the North of England. Elli is a member of the International Association of Mission Studies, British and Irish Association of Practical Theology, and Society for the Study of Theology.

Christian Selvaratnam
Revd Dr Christian Selvaratnam is an Anglican priest and Dean of Church Planting at St Hild College in the North of England and one of the Ambassadors of the Archbishops’ College of Evangelists in the Church of England. Before this, he was the National Director of Alpha UK, a church planter and a free-church minister. He is the author of several publications and courses on church planting including Why Plant Churches? Theological and Practical Reasons (Grove Books, 2023) and The Craft of Church Planting: Exploring the Lost Wisdom of Apprenticeship (SCM Press, 2022). Christian has a keen interest in helping ministers develop resilience.
